Legal Battles - University of Ottawa (Resolved)

I was a tenured Full Professor of physics at the University of Ottawa (Canada) when I was summarily dismissed in 2008, then formally dismissed in 2009. 

A decade-long legal battle ensued, led by my union, which produced a global settlement signed in January 2019. All matters in dispute between the University of Ottawa and me, in the end, were thereby amicably resolved, through voluntary mediation.
